Operator

Accommodation services are provided by Bingo Bongo & Orsi's Chalet, Strada Păstrăvăriei 34D, Câmpu Cetății, jud. Mureș, Romania. You can reach us via phone +40 740 924 567, WhatsApp or the contact form on this website.

Bookings and capacity

The Main Cabin (up to 18 guests) and/or Orsi's Chalet 1 and 2 (max. 4 guests each) are rented as selected. Minimum stay is 2 nights unless otherwise agreed at confirmation.

Bookings are requested via the on-site form (which opens WhatsApp) or directly by phone/WhatsApp. Final confirmation is given by the host after checking availability.

Prices and payment

Rates are confirmed at booking (including via WhatsApp) and may differ between weekday and weekend nights. Payment follows the methods confirmed by the host (typically a deposit and/or at check-in). We do not process card payments on this website.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are requested by phone or WhatsApp using the same details as at booking. Cancellation at least 14 days before check-in allows a refund of the amount paid, minus any bank fees. Late cancellations or no-show may involve retaining part of the amount, as communicated at confirmation.

House rules

Guests use the property with care, respect the quiet of the area and the maximum number of persons declared at booking. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Pets are accepted only by prior agreement. Any damage caused may be charged in accordance with the law.

Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and up to date. We are not liable for technical interruptions beyond our control or for improper use of facilities by guests.

Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably. Consumers may use Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL): anpc.ro, reclamatiisal.anpc.ro; and, where applicable, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (SOL): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Romanian law applies to these terms.
