What “Câmpu Cetății accommodation” means at Bingo Bongo
There are three units: the Main cabin (up to 18 guests, 8 rooms, large living and kitchen) plus Orsi's Chalet 1 and 2 (4 guests each, stream terrace, own grill and gazebo). Minimum stay is 2 nights. Weekday and weekend rates differ — they are clear on the booking page.
Every unit includes a welcome package (tea, coffee, plum brandy). On the property: ciubăr, sauna, salt room, sports courts, bikes, playground, gazebo and BBQ. Fast WiFi is included.
Without a car: what to do right by the chalet
The stream edge is why guests feel “out of the city” immediately. Short walks, coffee on the chalet terrace, loungers, or simply quiet. In the evening, the fire pit and grill keep the group outside without a forced schedule.
Hanul Pescăresc is walking distance — useful when you do not want to cook or want dinner without driving. For families, the yard playground and sports courts keep children busy without a long outing.
Sport and energy in the yard
Tennis, volleyball, footvolley, badminton, ping-pong, darts, MTB bikes: the property is built for active groups, not only sleep. Morning match, afternoon bike loop, evening sauna and ciubăr — that rhythm carries a 2–3 night weekend without boredom.
Short trips from Câmpu Cetății
Sovata and Bear Lake: ~20 min — the most popular combo. Lake Arini: a quiet option for walking or fishing. Târgu Mureș: ~1 hour for an urban day. Praid: easy to pair with a Sovata day. You do not need to do everything: pick one or two outings and leave the rest on the property.
Who Câmpu Cetății is for
Friend groups and retreats (Main cabin). Families with children (playground + space). Couples who want stream-side privacy (chalet). Not ideal if you want resort nightlife at the door — Sovata is 20 minutes away, and you return to quiet at night.
